Fitness Friday: Meditation & Breathing

We’re taking it simple and easy with this week’s Fitness Friday. Find inner calm with guided meditation and breath work in the peace of the outdoors beside the flowing waters of the Kanawha River. The shelter is located behind the Buffalo Library, along the same road as the Buffalo Senior Center. We’ll begin at 10am on Friday, July 21.
