Hoge House

A historic landmark, the Hoge House is located just behind the Putnam County Courthouse in Winfield. The home of James W. Hoge beginning in 1857, it was Putnam County’s first Judicial Annex and library. The site is accessible to the public and historic markers and a historic quilt square are available on the exterior for viewing. The interior is not currently open to the public.
